Facilities

At Singatha Centre, our spaces are thoughtfully designed to nurture every child’s growth, creativity, and sense of belonging. From calm therapy rooms to joyful play zones, our facilities support a wide range of learning styles, sensory needs, and developmental goals – while creating a safe and welcoming space for families and community connection.

OT Room

Our Occupational Therapy room is designed to support children in developing essential skills in a safe and calming environment. It features swings, weighted jackets, sensory toys, crash mats etc. This space helps children develop self-regulation skills, improve focus, and feel grounded in their bodies – while still having fun through movement and exploration. Additionally, the room is equipped with fine motor skill stations, sensory bins, and adaptive equipment to address various therapeutic goals. This holistic approach ensures that children experience a nurturing and supportive atmosphere conducive to their growth and development.

Therapy & Tutoring Rooms

Our private rooms are intentionally calm, uncluttered, and child-friendly to ensure focus during one-on-one therapy and tutoring sessions. Whether it’s occupational therapy, speech and language development, or tailored academic support, each room is equipped with tools and resources that support a child’s individual learning style and sensory needs.

Classrooms

Our classrooms are thoughtfully designed to cater to the unique needs of children on the autism spectrum. We use low-sensory environments, minimal distractions, and quiet zones to foster concentration and calm. Each classroom is equipped with specialized resources such as visual schedules, communication boards, and sensory tools to accommodate different learning styles and sensory needs. Our trained educators and therapists implement individualised education plans (IEPs) to ensure that each child’s goals are met with empathy and precision. These autism-led classrooms promote an inclusive and accepting atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported. Additionally, our classrooms host group music therapy sessions once a week, allowing children to engage in therapeutic musical activities that foster emotional expression and social interaction.

Horse Riding

Through horse riding, learners interact with horses in a structured and therapeutic manner. Horse riding contributes to physical strength, posture, balance, and sensory input, while grooming and interacting with horses promotes emotional confidence, sensory integration, empathy, and trust. This activity takes place onsite with an experienced team and well-trained horses, providing a significant experience.

Kinetics & Movement Zone

Our movement space is specially designed for body development through play. Children climb, jump, balance, and stretch using soft gym equipment, and obstacle paths. These activities are guided by teachers and therapists and help improve coordination, body awareness, muscle tone, and motor planning-all essential for daily functioning and confidence in movement.

Nature Garden & Outdoor Play Area

Our outdoor space encourages free play and a connection to nature. It includes sensory-rich elements like textured paths, water play, planting beds, and shaded corners for rest. Outdoor play improves physical health, reduces anxiety, and gives children a chance to learn through natural exploration, movement, and imagination.

Inclusive Children’s Party Venue

Our facilities are available for hire on weekends for gatherings, such as birthdays and other celebrations.

Our centre provides a safe environment that considers sensory needs for birthday parties and celebrations. It is designed with flexibility, calming zones, and adaptive play options to ensure that all children, including those with sensory sensitivities, can participate comfortably.

Horse Riding

Horse riding therapy helps children improve balance, coordination, core strength, and emotional regulation through guided interaction with horses. The natural rhythm of riding, along with the calming presence of the animals, creates a powerful space for growth and connection.

Action Ball

Action Ball focuses on physical development through structured movement and exercise. It helps children build strength, coordination, and body awareness—supporting motor skills, posture, and confidence through playful movement-based activities.

Music Therapy

Music therapy uses rhythm, melody, and movement to support emotional expression, communication, and social interaction. Through instruments, songs, and sound play, learners explore creativity while building confidence and connection.

Speech & Language Therapy

Speech therapy supports children with communication—whether it’s learning to speak, understanding language, improving clarity, or using non-verbal ways to express themselves. It’s about helping every child find their voice and connect with the world around them.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy helps children build the skills they need for everyday life—like dressing, eating, writing, and playing. Through fun, hands-on activities, children strengthen their fine motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and independence.
